The Brief – Beware the attaché: EU grapples with alleged IRGC diplomats

The EU’s decision to blacklist the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organisation earlier this year has created a new dilemma for European capitals: what to do with Iranian military attachés still operating across the bloc under diplomatic cover.
